re; pdf files

Again I have tried to download the Simplicity manuals from the tech site. Again it tells me there is an error in writing. I even had my thirteen year old daughter try it with no luck. She's been able to fix almost everything I've screwed up on the computor. Is anyone else having trouble with the pdf files or should I send this thing to the shop?

I have had some trouble saving the pdf's after opening them in Internet Explorer with the acrobat plugin. Just right-click and save to your hard drive instead, then open them up directly on your computer. Should work fine then.

Are you useing acrobat reader? You could try uninstalling it and redownload the latest acrobat reader and installing it.

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
