10' brinely plow/ie;coulter wheel

my plow doesn't look right with the coulter wheel on the right side.Does it mount to the left or right side of the arm as you face the rear of the tractor?looks like mine may have been moved ,the bolts on the "u" clamp are not even.

It should sit directly in front of plow point.
