    1690045 - Rear Lift

The rear lift kit is required for lifting any rear implement.  It is made up of the center attaching point and a cable to connect it with the center lift shaft located under the instrument panel.

Me too, i have a 712S and bought a sleeve hitch from a 300 series so all i need is the shaft collar/ bushing to mount and its good.  But i think our series originally used the lift cable, and im probably missing something,  but wouldn't the older style using the solid rod from the lift shaft under the steering and    back out to rear lift provide down pressure to make tilling, moldboard plow,  or back blade grading much more convenient and effective?  Or can you somehow apply down pressure using the cable lift?  Daniel, you would probably need a cable similar to the one on the left of this pic, use your manual,  jacks or another parts store diagrams ,  and images to figure out you're needs with your serial number. Its helped me tremendously.
