    Packing four horses of power on its compact, maneuverable frame . . . Simplicity's new Model FC offers users the greatest combination of engineering features ever designed for a tractor of its size and horsepower!

    The Model FC's all-gear transmission, provides 6 forward speeds and 2 reverse - - thanks to its new Duomatic Two-Speed Axle.   Controls are at the tractor handles, where a flick of the finger brings instant response. No need to shift belts for any speed forward or reverse.

    Add all the other famous Simplicity features -- like adjustable height handles for operator convenience ... broad tread tires for improved traction and stability ... famous Simplicity "Quick Hitch", for less-than-a-minute implement changes . . . handy kick-stand for storage -- and it's easy to see why the Simplicity Model FC is your buy in the big-power class.

    SPECIFICATIONS

    Engine: 4 HP, 4 cycle, single cylinder, air cooled cast iron engine with recoil starter.

    Speeds: From 1 ½ MPH to 5 MPH forward; from 1 ¼ MPH to 2 MPH in reverse.   6 forward speeds and two reverse.

    Transmission: Alloy steel gears, precision cut, hardened for long life, supported on shafts rotating in bronze bearings. Cast iron, grease lubricated case.

    Frame: Heavy-duty, high qualify alloy steel with rugged cross bracings.

    Handles: Reinforced tubular steel adjustable for height.   All controls conveniently located.   Excellent visibillfy.

    Tires: 6.00x 12" super-sure grip, wide base Tractor fire. Maximum flotation in soft soil. Tread Width: 20" to 25".

    Clutches: Soft-action spring loaded idlers.

    Ground Clearance: 10 ½" at rear axle.
