Smallest Simplicity tractor, the Serf is built to handle a variety of man-sized jobs. Mows a 28" swath, cuts down snowdrifts with either a 27" snow thrower or 42" dozer-type blade . . . also handles a 40" grader-blade, 36" lawn roller, or patented easy emptying dump cart. And its spunky 5 hp. Briggs & Stratton engine kicks over willingly with either optional electric starting, or standard Easy-Spin recoil system . . . powers the Serf through whatever you ask of it, the year around.   Like its bigger brothers, the Serf has Controlled Traction rear axle, the limited-slip differential that transfers some power to the wheel with better traction when the other wheel slips.  Plus a rugged all-gear transmission with 3 speeds forward, 1 reverse.   If you don't need a bigger tractor, you can't get a better tractor value.
